Chapter 102: Little Master (Part 3)

The wall was only two meters high. There was a pomegranate tree in the yard, which was full of red and big pomegranates. Li Bo couldn’t help swallowing saliva when he saw the pomegranate. He hugged the tree by the road and climbed up a few times and stretched his neck to look into the yard. He doesn’t know whose yard it was, but there were flowers, grass, and vines in it. The doors and windows of the house were closed and the air conditioner was not turned on. It can be estimated that there was no one at home.

Li Bo slid down from the tree and patted the dirt on his body, then beckoned to Zhang Cheng: “There’s no one in that house now, let’s pick a few pomegranates to eat.”

Zhang Cheng followed the direction of Li Bo’s finger and looked at the top of the wall. The pomegranate tree was full of fruit, and there were a few large pomegranates near the wall.

Zhang Cheng immediately smiled and understood his meaning. Then turned his head and glanced at the road. The location of this place was relatively remote, and it was at noon, not to mention pedestrians, few vehicles were coming and going.

Zhang Cheng bent over to tie his shoelaces and rubbed his hands twice: “Let’s go and pick them until no one is there.”

Both of them were children who grew up in the countryside. When they were young, they climbed trees and climbed walls. They didn’t have time to do such disgusting things after high school, but the wall in front of them was only two meters high. It was not difficult at all.

Unexpectedly, in the past few years, the physical fitness of the two of them has been far worse than before. Zhang Cheng ran a few steps and jumped towards the wall. Li Bo got angry when he saw this. He stepped back a little further, rubbed his palm twice, and ran towards the wall with all his might.

There was some moss under the old fence, fortunately, the shoes Li Bo wears are not slippery. However, he runs so fast that his front foot slips, his body suddenly loses its balance, and his head hits the wall.

This wall was almost a hundred years old. The bricks have long been scattered. The wall was already crumbling but a person was hanging on it, and then Li Bo knocked the wall down.

When Li Bo’s forehead hit the wall, it made a large hole, the broken bricks rolled into the courtyard. Zhang Cheng, who was hanging on the wall, fell in with the collapsed wall. He couldn’t help but scream.

The people who live in this area have been neighbors for decades. Although they felt too hot to go out during the day, when they heard an abnormal movement, the neighbors all came out and caught the two on the spot.

Li Bo felt the warm blood flow down his palm that was covering his forehead and then slipped onto his arm. His face turned pale with fright. He didn’t know what to do for a moment. Zhang Cheng also saw blood. But unlike Li Bo, the hole on his head wasn’t too big. He didn’t bleed as Li Bo did.

Li Bo stood up and cunningly said that the wall collapsed and hit them.

The old lady in the neighborhood has seen many people stealing fruit in the past few years. What the two students wanted to do was like a mirror in her heart. She immediately put her hands on her waist and scolded them: “This wall is collapsing inside, if you pass normally, you won’t be able to hit you at all. Who knows whether the wall hits you or you hit the wall.”

Li Bo was a little guilty and his eyes rolled involuntarily. Another neighbor sneered and pointed his hand to the side: “We have surveillance.”

When Zhang Cheng and Li Bo saw the camera facing them a few meters away, their facial expression changed at the same time. They no longer had the heart to argue anymore.

  1. Tsk tsk tsk, when ya play stupid games ya win stupid prizes. I hope they like the prize they’ve won. Lol

  2. I feel bad for their family, especially Li Bo’s. It seems they became bad kids, not necessarily rotten ones but prolly on the way really given how they’ve been thus far.
