Chapter 103: Little Master (Part 5)

The two came to the place where Jiang Wei was cooking the fish soup. The pot was still on the built-in simple stove. But because seven days had passed, the remaining soup in the pot had dried up, revealing a white bottom of the pot.

Lin Qingyin looked at the faint dragon energy in the pot and then looked at Jiang Wei with some speechlessness: “What kind of fish did you eat?”

“It’s just a big carp! It’s nothing special except that it’s exceptionally fresh.” Jiang Wei remembered the thing that slipped into his stomach and quickly added: “There’s a round thing in the fish meat. But before I know what it is, it slides down my throat, and I didn’t even have a chance to react.”

It was much easier to calculate the past than to deduce the future. Lin Qingyin took out the tortoiseshell and calculated it. After seeing the result, she was a little dazed.

There was a saying that the carp jumps over the dragon’s gate. The carp and the dragon were inextricably linked. This water pool was connected to the dark river in the mountain. This carp was originally in the dark river, and it got into the water pool along the narrow gap and could never go back.

There were no water plants, small fish, or shrimp in the pool. It was clean and crystal clear. The carp pecked everywhere when they had nothing to eat. She doesn’t know where that ball came from.

The thing the carp swallowed might be a dragon ball. The dragon, no need to mention the present time, Lin Qingyin had never seen it even in the world she lived in her previous life. According to the ancient records, the last dragon was killed by the heavenly thunder. At the last moment of his life, he burrowed himself into the earth and turned into a dragon vein. Since then, no dragons appeared in the world.

The dragon was a very special existence in the divination sect. The dragon clan was headed by the green dragon, and the green dragon was one of the four divine beasts. According to the eight divinatory trigrams of the Book of Changes, the Xuanwu (Black Tortoise) was the God of the North Sky, Qinglong (Azure Dragon) was the God of the East, Baihu (White Tiger) was the God of the West, lastly was the Suzaku, so their sect has always enshrined the tablets dedicated for the four sacred beasts.

In a previous life, Lin Qingyin knew that many immortal cultivators went to look for the dragon’s body, wanting to refine it into a magic weapon, but no one found it. Later, it was rumored that this matter was not true at all, and the dragon’s veins have nothing to do with real dragons. But Lin Qingyin didn’t expect that something that countless immortal cultivators could not find in the previous life would actually be swallowed by a carp that didn’t even open the spiritual wisdom, and this carp was stewed by Jiang Wei… …

This was a bit too bizarre!

Seeing that Lin Qingyin’s expression was a little weird, Jiang Wei asked cautiously: “What is the thing I swallowed?”

Lin Qingyin glanced at him without words: “Dragon Ball.”

“Dragon Ball?” Jiang Wei recalled the size carefully, and asked in disbelief: “Isn’t that a bit too small to be a dragon ball?” Jiang Wei stretched out his hand and straightened his arm: “I think it’s too embarrassing to call it dragon ball!”

Lin Qingyin touched the tortoiseshell and said: “Maybe the dragon doesn’t want the world to discover his dragon ball, so he made the dragon ball so small so that it is easy to hide.”

“Then the fish eaten it, and the fish was eaten by me… …” Jiang Wei touched the back of his head and couldn’t help laughing: “Then I am lucky. Hey, little master, if I eat seven dragon balls, do you think I can summon the dragon?”

Lin Qingyin rolled her eyes at Jiang Wei. He was lucky enough to eat one, but he wanted to eat seven in total, why don’t he stand against the sky if he is so capable!

Lin Qingyin looked up at the sky and sighed with some melancholy. She always felt that she was God’s daughter, but she only realized today that God may have a son outside!

  1. Mix feelings about Jhang Wei just casually swallowing what seemed to be a dragon ball. Plus, that fish was really odd.
