Chapter 76: Chen Qirun (Part 4)

Zhang Qidou didn’t know what method Lin Qingyin used to search for the soul, but from the look of his face, the boy on the bed was dying. He couldn’t help but look at Wei Cheng with sympathy.

Wei Cheng was stunned by Zhang Qidou’s expression, and his face instantly turned pale: “Master, how is my son?”

Zhang Qidou stroked his beard and bluntly said: “I am powerless. It’s mainly up to Master Lin.”

Wei Cheng immediately turned his head and looked at Lin Qingyin nervously. Lin Qingyin didn’t beat around the bush and said directly: “His situation is different from Chen Qirun. Chen Qirun’s soul just accidentally got separated, but your son’s seven souls are gone.”

Wei Cheng felt his brain burst and almost faint. Chen Daheng quickly supported him and asked eagerly: “Master Lin, you must have a way.”

Lin Qingyin took out the tortoiseshell and hold it in her hand: “Where did your son go before he fell into a coma?”

In the past two days, Wei Cheng also found the classmates who went out with Wei Xin on the day of the accident, and repeatedly asked where they had gone.

“Wei Xin left at 11:30 in the morning that day. After meeting some of his friends, they ate hot pot first and then went to watch the movie. But after the movie ends, some of Wei Xin’s friends went to the Internet cafe to play games. They said that Wei Xin wanted to buy a gift for a girl who was about to celebrate her birthday, so they separated.” Wei Cheng said with a somewhat ugly expression: “They separated at 5 o’clock in the afternoon, and Wei Xin came back at 7 o’clock in the evening. When he got home, he said he was dizzy and wanted to go to sleep. But the next morning, we found out that he was unconscious.”

Zhang Qidou stroked his beard and couldn’t help but interject: “It can be estimated that the soul separation is related to the gift shop that he went to. Did you bring the gifts he bought?”

“Yes, I went home to pick it up specially.” Wei Cheng opened the drawer and took out a gift box and handed it over. Zhang Qidou took it and opened it to Lin Qingyin. Inside, there was a beautiful necklace with a heart-shaped pink crystal pendant.

“Now little girls seem to like pink crystals.” Han Zhengfeng said to the side: “In Feng Shui fortune, pink crystals can attract peach blossoms, but this pink crystal may be fake, and the color is reddish.”

Lin Qingyin stretched out her hand and picked up the crystal necklace, then looked at it through the sun and held it in her palm for a moment. When she opened her palm, everyone took a deep breath. They saw that the pink crystal turned white and there was a drop of bright red blood as big as a soybean inside.

“This is Wei Xin’s blood.”

Fatty Wang curiously leaned over and looked at the blood in the crystal: “This blood has been in it for a few days. But how did his blood get stuck in there? It’s not scientific at all.”

Han Zhengfeng glanced at Fatty Wang with a blank face: What science are you talking about as a fortune-teller!

Lin Qingyin put the crystal pendant on the table and took out the tortoiseshell and ancient coins to perform divination.

Zhang Qidou practiced under his master since joining. He has studied fortune-telling and feng shui, and divination was one of the must-learn contents. Zhang Qidou’s divination level depends on his talents. But the most important point here was the person’s ability to sense the way of heaven.

Seeing that Lin Qingyin will perform divination, Zhang Qidou took out the notebook and pen from his bag and prepared to help Lin Qingyin write down the hexagram so that she could use it after calculating. But before Zhang Qidou could see the hexagram clearly, Lin Qingyin took the ancient coins again and put them in the tortoiseshell again as soon as the result came out, then perform another divination. Zhang Qidou pulled Fatty Wang confusedly, and asked in a low voice: “Master Lin doesn’t write down the hexagram when she is performing divination?”

Fatty Wang patted his hand and whispered: “Little Master said, what is the use of the brain if you still write it on paper?”

Zhang Qidou almost cried when he heard those words. He really couldn’t do it with his brain alone. How will he deduce the hexagram if he will not write it down? His brain alone was not enough!

While Zhang Qidou was complaining about herself, Lin Qingyin had already finished the divination.
