Chapter 7: Dancing to the gods (Part 2)

But in the next second, Gu Zhisang caught two strange comments with a ghostly look on the screen full of posts.

[Waiting in line for 33 years to reincarnate: Oh, this girl looks so juicy. The eyeballs look big. They must be round and pretty when you pick them out!]

[Santuchuan’s No. 1 sexy ghost: A high price is offered for this woman’s skin. Is there a sister with good skin painting skills who is willing to accept the job? The price is not a problem.]

What is this? Is this something a normal person can say?

Gu Zhisang slightly frowned. Could it be that some sinister mystic masters were also watching the live broadcast of “Spiritual Affairs”?

At this time, she just noticed that something was wrong, but she never thought that ‘there would be a group of ghosts watching the metaphysics variety show’.

After all, in Gu Zhisang’s impression, the King of Hell in the Ten Palaces and the Yin Officials below were all old-fashioned like the ancients from thousands of years ago.

How could she have imagined that the ghosts working in the Internet Field could find jobs again after going down to the underworld, and they had brought the network cable to the underworld?

But because of their limited ability, they failed to develop the network technology to carry tens of billions of ghosts. They could only find ways to steal the internet in the world of living to make a low-class channel connecting the two worlds of Yin and Yang.

Because of this, the yin energy of the underworld will also be revealed in the comment section.

After walking through the living room, Gu Zhisang didn’t find anything special for the time being. On the surface, the arrangement of the items in this villa can be said harmonious, forming a small Feng Shui array in the mansion. She was sure a Feng Shui Master instructed them.

It stands to reason that such a house should be comfortable under such feng shui conditions, but the actual environment could make people feel sticky and stuffy. There was nothing wrong with it, the decaying smell was looming around.

Just as Gu Zhisang walked up the stairs to the hall on the second floor, the audience in the live broadcast room became excited again.

Because there was another contestant in the main hall on the second floor. Two contestants soon ran into each other.

As everyone knows the contestants in this season were different from the past. The smell of gunpowder was very strong. There were already several contestants who disliked each other.

Gu Zhisang who went up to the second floor raised slightly raised an eyebrow and looked at the middle-aged woman kneeling on the ground in the center of the main hall.

She was in her early fifties, wearing a loose rose-red and indigo-blue robe, with a blood-red scarf on her head, kowtowing on the ground, chanting words with her eyes closed.

This was a contestant from Central Fujian who claimed to be a very spiritual female shaman who could call on the gods to heal diseases and save people.

However, in the fortune-telling interaction in the first half, the audience was greatly disappointed.

She said her parents had just passed away and her family was happy that she resigned and stayed at home. She also said that her new career was prosperous, in short, she only picked good things to say.

This female shaman also realized that she was in danger. To keep the audience from being eliminated, she claimed that she was not good at fortune-telling, but was best at dancing to the gods and asking the gods to get on her body.

As long as she asks the gods, she will know what happened here.

As soon as Gu Zhisang reached the stairs, the female shaman suddenly jumped up and waved her hands.

After taking a few glances, Gu Zhisang knew she was a fake.

First, she doesn’t even have ‘Qi’ in her body, how will invite the gods?

Secondly, her dancing method was just twitching and shaking. The bracelets and bells on her wrist were jingling along with high-pitched whispers, without any sense of rhythm and beauty.

God cannot be invited with this but can bluff people.

The only real thing about her was the red scarf wrapped around her head.

Gu Zhisang smelled some bloody scent in the air. The red scarf should be soaked in rooster blood, dried, and then smoked with spices to cover up the smell.

Rooster blood was an important sacrifice to invite gods in legend.

Suddenly, the female shaman shook the bell and pointed in Gu Zhisang’s direction: “Mazu is coming, you mortals should retreat quickly, and wait piously!”

Seeing this, one of the ghosts in the underworld, who was following the broadcast from the underworld, said speechlessly: “I didn’t see anyone. Even dogs won’t go to any of the rituals…”

Although the comments were flooded, the audience in the world of the living was not fooled and questioned the authenticity one after another.

[I have little knowledge, so can I invite God? Is it the Mazu I know?]

Gu Zhisang, who was being pointed at, looked indescribable. Just as she was about to leave and give this place to the female shaman, a chilling air came over her face.

She slightly raised her phoenix eyes and was stunned for a moment. Then took a step forward, raised her arm, and opened her palm. She said in a commanding tone as an invisible “Qi” swirled from bottom to top in front of her: “The mysterious ancestor is heaven and earth, myriad Qi is the primordial origin,
Through deep cultivation of ten thousand kalpas, my spiritual penetration is confirmed.”

When her words fell, golden light shone slightly in her pupils.

There was a soft *bang* sounded and something seemed to have slammed over to Gu Zhisang’s body, followed by gusts of sinister wind. However, it was blocked by an invisible barrier and was blown away.

The heavy air blows her hair flying, and her condensed face looks sacred.

[??? Brothers, I seem to have a problem with my eyes… I just saw a strong wind blowing through the room out of thin air.]

[I also seem to have a problem with my ears, I heard something screaming… …]

* Mazu – Matsu, the name of a sea goddess still widely worshiped on the SE China coast and in SE Asia.
